Can Jev be used as a lightweight PR reviewer?

I use coderabbit on my repos for review. i push a lot of code daily with agents and it's pretty hard to review all of them. Coderabbit works fine but the comments are just new thing to read. I was wondering if jev could be used to build a codereviewer which is fast and lightweight.
