Conservation Metrics is a small, mission-driven company co-creating an open-source data platform designed to support territorial monitoring and Indigenous data sovereignty. We're hiring a Senior TPM to own delivery across all of it: fluent enough in mechanical, electrical, firmware, and industrial design to hold your own with every engineer, and good enough to keep a complex build from slipping between disciplines. You'll own each piece from prototype through tooling, production, test, and install — including deciding what "properly tested" means for a machine no one has built before.
