I'm an ICU doc and have spent the past month vibe-coding a bunch of physiologic and anatomic simulators (med-sim.com). Years and years of “mobile first” getting getting traction only to be forgotten in a heartbeat when it’s finally easy to do “real cool stuff” on desktop.
I personally couldn’t be happier about it.
